ISO 9001:2015 mandatory requires the use of the “process approach”.
This process approach forms one of the most important items for a quality management system.

This approach aims to iron out any inefficiencies, making it easier for your organization to work on continual improvement.

Define the process to achieve the needed results.

Identify and quantify the inputs and outputs of the process.

Set performance criteria and key responsibility for a process to be effectively planned and implemented.

You should use the Strategic Goals and Objectives screen to measure the performance criteria of the processes.
