List of Documents Pending Your Approval, They are documents that are waiting for your approval for a document revision.

My Draft Documents list is a list of draft revisions for which you are the author.

It contains unreleased revisions that do not need approval, whose approvals are pending, and whose approval process has been completed.

In older versions, if the approval list was empty, the document was published automatically as soon as it was added.

In the current version, we require a final action from the author for publishing.

The owner of the document must publish the document from the My Draft Documents tab for the revision to be valid.

To make the Release button visible, tap on the Approval list tab.

Press the Release button and the document is published.

Use the icon on the top left to refresh the list.
