Prepayment Policy:
If inquiries come from non-affiliated parties such as students, employees, competitors, or other unrelated individuals:
- Prepayment will be required prior to installation.
Installation Process:
- Our team will remotely install the software on your server.
- You can expect the Daphne applications to be operational on your system within a few hours.
Payment and License Activation:
- Upon software delivery, you will receive an invoice.
- Daphne's license key will be activated upon payment verification.
Cancellation Policy:
Although we do not wish to do so, if any subsequent circumstances prevent you from using the software or
if you change your mind for any reason, you may withdraw from the purchase of the software.
- The cancellation must be before we generate the license key. In this case, we will delete the software from your server.

- Enjoy 90 days of complimentary, unlimited technical support.
